Management Team
Stephan Sahl — Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sahl brings to The Barrier Group years of sales, marketing, general management, leadership, and entrepreneurial experience. His experiences range from national account sales with Johnson & Johnson to starting and building a successful sales company to co-founding and managing a successful Hallmark start-up (which grew in seven years to be one of the largest companies in its industry).
Mr. Sahl also taught for a year as part of The Kansas City Teaching Fellows, a program that brings successful people from various walks of life into high-risk inner city schools. Mr. Sahl holds an MBA from The Drucker Center at The Claremont Graduate School.
Robert Demopoulos — Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Demopoulos brings to The Barrier Group vast experience in hardware, software, and computer servicing, plus dealings in IT security at every level and discipline over a 25-year career. He has worked in high-level security with GE and Data General as well as several IT consulting companies. Mr. Demopoulos has designed, built and serviced IT security networks for the military, government and Fortune 500 companies.
